Roundup / cancer trial starts July 9 in San Francisco Superior Court

Mainstream media outlets such as CNN are starting to cover a possibly precedent-setting lawsuit: Is Monsanto liable for its Roundup weedkiller as the cause of DeWayne Johnson’s non-Hodgkin lymphoma?

June 18, 2018 — This morning, the presiding judge for San Francisco County assigned judge Suzanne Ramos Bolanos to oversee the trial. This trial has the nature of a class action lawsuit, as about 2,000 other cancer victims have joined the lawsuit in support. You can read details of the case as described by the plaintiff’s legal firm at this link.

Other links on the law firm’s website refer to a wide array of further information, such as countries, states and cities where glyphosate is restricted or banned.
