Three law firms which sued Bayer AG on behalf of more than 100,000 individual plaintiffs have notified the U.S District Court for the Northern District of California that they’ve reached final settlement terms.
September 16, 2020 — Bayer apparently committed to pay about $11 billion.
This settlement is in addition to verdicts in three individual jury trials, which Bayer lost in district court and also lost again when appealed.
