August 8, 2018 — Attorneys for the plaintiff, DeWayne Johnson, are asking for $39 million in compensation for possibly fatal suffering from his non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. In addition, the plaintiffs ask for more than $773 million in total punitive damages.

This case is an important threshold for the 4,000 or more other individuals threatening to bring similar cases to trial.
